How do I return a library book(s)?
Answer
You may return library books/media to the curbside Book Return located on the north side of the Ozuna Library and Learning Center or inside the Ozuna Library on the 2nd floor.You may also return library books by mail (USPS or UPS). Please note the following:
1. You are responsible for the cost of sending the item(s).
2. Item(s) can be shipped by Book/Media Rate (inexpensive) through USPS. Send the Book/Media with no notes or anything to use this special postage rate.
3. The item(s) will be checked in when we return (in August). No late fees will be assessed for the item(s). Please use the following return address: Palo Alto College Ozuna Library – Circulation Dept. 1400 W Villaret San Antonio, TX 78224.
As a reminder, please ensure that the books that you are returning to the library are library books, not bookstore textbook rentals. Contact the bookstore: Phone: 210-486-3018 and Manager Christa Cooper at SM8426@bncollege.com to return textbooks.
