Why do I get an unsafe connection prompt when I open an e-resource?

If you receive a message about and unsafe connection: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (all at once – works for all browsers) and in the window that opens clear cache/data. It is easiest to clear everything, but if you like, you can uncheck history. The most important are “cookies” and “site data”.
Another option is to use a different browser to access the e-resource.
